Your volunteer time is precious. That’s why we created the new Online Officer/Board Member Contact program. It makes entering your PTA’s officer and board member information and generating useful reports easier than ever. The program is available as a FREE feature to all PTA units, councils and districts in California through PTAEZ.

Online registration is quick. After the initial registration process, your PTA will enjoy ongoing access to generate reports and make
edits as often as needed – and none of the information will ever be shared outside of the association. Note: You do not have to be a current PTAEZ subscriber to enter and view information, but if you are, you can also access the Officer/Board Member Contact program from within your unit’s existing PTAEZ account.

Step 1. Visit www.ptaez.com and click on the Officer Contact

button located near the top your screen.

Step 2. Click on the link for New Officer/Board Member Contact users
(shown at the bottom of the page).

(Note: Existing PTAEZ subscribers use normal login process)

Step 3. Input your Federal Employer ID number. You will then be asked to input
your email address. Upon submission, you will immediately receive
an email with instructions to complete your registration. If you receive a
message indicating your unit is already registered, please contact your
council or district. (Note: If you do not know your FEIN, please check your unit bylaws.)

Step 4. Visit www.ptaez.com and click on the login button at the top of the screen. Login to PTAEZ with the
username and password from the email you received in the previous step.

Step 5. Once logged in to PTAEZ, click on Admin. Officer/Board Member Contact and see the graphic below for
additional steps to get started entering or editing your data.

As the official representative of the PTA, each unit must provide the complete contact information for the unit president to the council, district and state PTA, to be used for PTA purposes only. When entering the contact information for the President a home address is required – please do not enter the school address. Also, co-presidents or co-officers are not recognized by the California State PTA.
